This place is truly wonderful. The facilities are comfortable, clean, and nestled out of the way in the country. That aside, I can’t say enough about the staff. I hope I don’t forget names here, but I want to commend the staff & counselors at detox/residential… Lisa, Hailey, Lynette, Nikki, Barb, Bryan(sp?), Chaney, Brandy, Ed, Alexis, and I’m sure I’m just forgetting someone, but each of them were incredibly kind. The view is amazing. And the staff is caring. Brandi is amazing. She made this day a lot easier.
I wanted to start by stating this was my first ever rehab experience so take that as you will. I only attended residential. Hailey completed my intake and she is amazing! She was expecting me and made intake very seamless and welcoming (5 stars for you Hailey 😉)! The team at the residential program is amazing! Ed and Mrs. Nikki are very fun and very caring. Charlene,Hailey,Brandi,cat, amber, Kylie,ed,Nikki,- the whole team showed so much compassion and were super understanding! Have been in and out of treatment centers throughout Arkansas and I believe this 1 is the game changer!
