Bad communication and I had to talk to 2 different people and was not able to get quote after being giving them a lot of personal info

I contacted the insurance company today, 10/1/2025, to obtain a quote. Their professional insurance agent requested my current monthly premium, but I asked to keep that information confidential. The agent responded by wishing me a nice day, thus ending our phone call.
I tried to make changes to my policy by phone to accommodate my Bank but no changes can be made by phone? Have to drive an hour to make changes, Didn’t have these issues with Geico, Much Easier Customer Service! Simple adjustments should have an option for an agent to help!!! Absolute Inconvenience!!,,((
