THE MANAGERS DONT RETURN PHONE CALLS AND NEITHER DO THE INSURANCE ADJUSTERS. GOOD LUCK TRYING TO GET ANY ASSISTANCE OR A RENTAL VEHICLE OR ANYTHING ELSE YOU MAY NEED FROM THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY IF CORTEZ ADAMS IS YOUR CASE MANAGER!
