I’m very disappointed with my experience with Chantel Whitfield. I was misled about the details of my insurance policy, and now I’m unable to get my money back because of incorrect information I was given. I feel taken advantage of as a customer, and it’s frustrating to see that she’s now a supervisor despite this experience. I just want to warn others to double-check everything before signing anything. Chantel Whitfield is the agent.
