I contacted them to get an Auto quote. The first agent was good and respectful and he got transferred to another agent that was supposed to give me a quote. The second agent was calling me "bro" the entire time like if I was from the hood or something. Even for the quote we're very high for me and found a great quote from another Insurance company. I won't even try to call this Insurance company ever if they have people like that. I wouldn't trust my information.
i hate dealing with this guy, he may be polite on the phone but he has a very i dont care personality, then you get to wait like a 2nd class citizen in your country bc a spanish speaker calls on the phone takes precidence and you have to wait for like 10 mins for a recipt. what country am i in is this america?? nope its cartel city
