made an appointment. a person named Albert said he would be here and when I showed up the office is closed. no help from corporate either. these ppl are unprofessional and it appears to be a scam. don't waste your time with them. I strongly urge you to get insurance else where.
The branch manager James Kim made this such an easy experience! Had a few issues on my end and he was extremely patient and so helpful through it all. He explained everything to me and made sure I had all paperwork and ID cards.
For any questions just go to James , he Fast, extremely, knowledgeable and will get you in and out of the office fast knowing your saving money.
