The WORST service I've ever had in my life. The lady, "Diane" gave the rudest remarks and had a negative demenor the entire time I talked to her. The male also was very rude and didn't know how to conduct his job properly. I've dealt with this company for years but since they have switched management it has been a total nightmare. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT bother with these incompetent individuals. They don't understand the concept of customer service at all.
