I’m not sure how exactly this works, but I started my call with freeway insurance which is terrible and I ended up being connected with Alexis . I had an experience with the licensed agent, Alexis M. honestly, I’ve had bad experiences with other agents and poor customer support. However, Alexis has made me feel faith in insurance again she was kind she was compassionate and that sounds weird to say for car insurance, but I’m really glad that she helped me find it and I think she’s a asset acceptance (freeway insurance)
