Found out on Friday my insurance has been canceled by Saturday at 11:00 a.m. Damien at acceptance had me in a brand new policy with a better rate and better coverage I cannot thank him enough
Absolute horrible customer service Trying to exclude a driver Was near impossible! They called and asked for information to verify the people that were staying in the home ages 14 and above we did so promptly. After trying to verify that all the information that was given was what they needed Diann the local agent said she was not going to jump through hoops for us!
