Extremely rude and beyond infinity and beyond extremely unprofessional. Manager Lora threw pages of my insurance statement in my lap literally. This manager also to me after I kindly sought out financial explainations; said " I'd prefer you go to another company." On the side her assistant a young latina girl watched, remaining silent but had the audacity to laugh at me along with her manger Lora and mock me after I left; I saw them from the parking lot.
