Jennifer R made sure to call me after 6 months and landed me with another cheap insurance plan for my vehicle. I highly recommend calling for help obtaining great deals on insurance quotes even if you don’t plan on getting insurance through Acceptance Insurance they will find you an insurance plan that meets your needs.

I have been signed up for Roadside assistance through acceptance insurance for a period of 1 year and after 6 months I wanted to cancel this but I received worst customer experience where they kept me transferring in between series of calls with no help in the end.
I started with a whole lot of issues trying to get help over the phone. It seems that each location operates separately and they do not fully communicate. I drive down to this office and was helped by Leslie S. I was quiet animated over all the back and forth I had but she listened and let me vent.
