I was working today and I got a phone call and it was Kiana from acceptance. I’ve been getting calls from different insurances, but they were bots so I thought this was the same thing until she talked back and I am very happy that she talked back lol. because she saved me money on my insurance. kiana was very professional and very helpful. She did her job beyond the best of her abilities and I’m beyond happy and satisfied.
Kiana was able to help me A lower quote from my original provider, and she was able to give me a load down payment that was suitable for my needs. Financials are a big deal for me, and she totally understood what my concerns were, and was swift and efficient with the processing of my new insurance.
