I’ve been a customer with First Acceptance Insurance, and every time I called to make a payment I kept getting hung up on. When my renewal came up, instead of focusing on my actual needs, they only pushed extra add-ons I didn’t ask for. The new manager ignores customers and doesn’t help at all. The only person who made any effort was a lady with glasses on the far right, and the manager was even rude to her right in front of me. If this is how they treat loyal customers, I can’t recommend them to anyone.

I'm updating my review, it's now called First acceptance, I was trying to make a payment before it is due. I had to reach out to a live human. I got a call center both times, I was put on hold over 5 minutes, the guys were nice and spoke very clear . The background noise was very loud before I was transferred to a local person.1st call I was hung up on as soon as the transferred call was answered. I’m trying to write a good review for Kristen who works at the Pensacola office. She was so helpful. More helpful than a lot for people I’ve come across. The DMV people are literally harassing me and trying to scam me in any way they can, but Kristin was so helpful and it literally gave me a little relief.

His unwavering commitment to addressing any inquiries or concerns I may have is truly commendable. His positive attitude and willingness to exceed expectations make him an outstanding individual. I highly recommend his services and would rate them highly. This individual deserves not only five stars but ten for all the assistance he has provided. He goes above and beyond for his customers’ satisfaction.
