I'm updating my review, it's now called First acceptance, I was trying to make a payment before it is due. I had to reach out to a live human. I got a call center both times, I was put on hold over 5 minutes, the guys were nice and spoke very clear . I’m trying to write a good review for Kristen who works at the Pensacola office. She was so helpful. More helpful than a lot for people I’ve come across. The DMV people are literally harassing me and trying to scam me in any way they can, but Kristin was so helpful and it literally gave me a little relief.
