Muy mala atención, dicen mentiras sobre temas de la póliza o coberturas, si llamas a hacer preguntas no tienen buena actitud, para cancelar la póliza no tienen opción de firmar los documentos electrónicos debes imprimir el papel fiamrlo y hacerle una foto para enviarlo, horrible el sistema, no lo recomiendo para nada, hay mejores opciones.
Horrible Insurance service. They never resond. They delay claims, avoid responsibility, and make the process unnecessarily stressful. I would not recommend them
Their app doesn't seem to work! I've taken the pictures they ask of my vehicle at least three different times and the app shows all the pictures are there and confirmed but it doesn't let me proceed to the next step. I've called several times and left a message plus e-mails but nothing. If I don't get a call by the end of today I'll downgrade this rating to a 1 star since they seem to be monitoring their ratings more than their e-mails and voice messages.
