If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely the worst customer service I have EVER dealt with!!!! I’m in shock. I was in the process of buying a car. Went on their website to get insurance online and bought a policy. I chose not to start the policy until the date I was supposed to pick the vehicle up. No one answers the phone after a claim is filed. Always denies claims and refuses to communicate with our insurance.
Very bad customer service and insurance company. I buy new car and want switch my car. Nobody answering I waited in hold 4 hours. But nothing. Always call transfer my call and wait.... But Nothing my mistake I choosed with company scamming. I emailed them so much time nothing respond. My issue very simple. I sold my car I just want put new car details in my insurance that's all. This is absolutely the worst instance company to deal with. I was rear ended but someone who has them and they are a nightmare to deal with. They are so rude and uncaring. You have to beg for details from them and they leave everything up to you. You may as well be your own "adjuster".
I’ve been dealing with this company for a few years. This is probably my last and final straw file the claim this says it takes 24 hours for a claim no obviously it is probably gonna take 72 hours for a claim because the claim agents don’t work on the weekend which is awful for people to have to get to work on Monday morning, my representative never reached back out to me yesterday and I emphasize that I need it by Monday so I can get to work.
