Would be nice if I knew what was actually going on. One of your drivers hit my vehicle and nobody at acceptance knows what is happening. One of the policyholders caused me to get in a wreck a week ago. Nobody contacted me, I had to contact them, and the “adjuster” that was assigned NEVER contacted me or returned any of my calls. I work full time and am a full time student, with two children in school and daycare. They closed the claim without even speaking to me. When I finally got ahold of an “adjuster” I was told they had already determined that they were not liable, even though their policyholder made an improper left turn and caused the wreck.
