I’ve had first acceptance for 2 years. Got a better insurance and a new car and decided to change insurances to lower my rate. After deciding I wanted to cancel I called and got a third party after hours lady. Who was kind and helped. The after hours person I talked to had me sign papers for cancellation via online. Told me someone would call me, have me sign papers, see if I’m eligible for a refund since I had just paid it and won’t be using it this month.
