My agent is Carla Proudfoot. I have had NOTHING but issues since I got this insurance. I had EFT turned on but they did my account information wrong so it kept rejecting my payments which led to late fees and returned check fees. I finally got another agent to take it off and I was able to manually make my payments. Fast forward, I guess I’m up for renewal. My payment went from 103 to 166 and guess what? Carla added my EFT back on on 1/10/26 without my permission for an account that was closed in SEPTEMBER!!!! I could not ma... read more
