Great customer service nice attitude
I couldn't hear clearly whether it was Krista or Crystal because I'm half deaf, but either way, her customer service is nostalgic to when people took pride in their work and stood by what they said. She said when I signed up that she'd call in about a week to check in, and actually followed through, and punctuallly. In a day and age where businesses operate with skeleton crews and everyone is overworked and careless about their jobs, she brings the energy of someone who cares about her job and the people she works with
