Nayia is one of the best insurance agent I know she is very professional with her job and is very polite and helpful she made sure everything was taken care of on both ends even had called me back for an update Thank you Naya You're the best need more like you I hope you get a promotion and a raise cuz you are good at your job.
All I can say, is that Amanda and her family are invited to Thanksgiving dinner🤭😊. She was SUPER amazing and beyond patient with me our unique situation. However she mastered all concepts of customer service. To be honest she took it further than that and made this experience a FAMILY memory. Thank you again for your compassion. 🥰🥰
Be very careful dealing with this company. I paid the down payment .. when I received the docs to sign. The name was wrong. “Dana” said to sign anyway and she would correct. I did so.. my bank rejected the 1st pmt (because name didn’t match) nothing has been sent to me by mail, email, text or by phone … I called to day to find out what was going on. They have cancelled my policy and are refusing to reinstate. Thank god I am not a ga resident or my licenses would have been suspended. Giving spam and scam

The absolute worse customer service I’ve came across. The guy I spoke with and was on the phone with for over an hour with nothing but silence and chewing. He had me waiting for a quote that I received within a few minutes online. Super nonchalant and rude, and all I could hear was chewing and breathing for an hour straight. He didn’t update me, just kept me on waiting, and when I finally said, “just email the quote thank you.” All he said was mhmm. Please hire people who actually have the desire to work. Lazy!
