I need to edit my review on RAMON specifically. TRASH. GARBAGE. You market yourself as “the insurance guy” but you are just someone to take my money and run. You were helpful and all talking with me when you first signed me on and asked me to leave you a review. A month later, when payment is due you got a new agenda. MONEY. You want to charge $40 in addition to my monthly payment because I was late by 1-2 days? This was my first month with them and my payment was due on the 25th (Saturday). If I could leave more stars I would. JAMA, has been a huge blessing. She was so patient with me and very caring about my situation. Kudos to acceptance auto who gave me a chance when nobody else would. They found me the best quote for my particular situation and worked with me. I’m beyond grateful and thankful for everything that they’ve done. We need more people and companies like this.

Im here immediately after speaking to a Mr Ramon Coffin.. let me just say if ALL customer service agents were as patient, professional and as kind as him, there would never be another irate customer EVER.
