Today I visited the Acceptance Insurance Victoria, TX. location. I went in to renew my car insurance and was greeted by Anahi Cervantes. I must say that she was patient, very respectful as well as helpful. Mrs. Cervantes was able to get me a more affordable price. I asked her about some extra features and she explained what they offered and how much more it would be if it was added. She also told me that I could add it on at a later time.
