Worst customer service EVER. They dropped the ball at renewal. When I received my policy it included roadside assistance. When my policy renewed they did not include roadside assistance and I was not informed. I needed a tow, the company stated my roadside was not active and it will cost $112 for the service, and I will be reimbursed by my insurance. When I reached out to the insurance, National General they said the roadside assistance was not renewed because it was a third party addition added by Freeway. They will not rei... read more
