Stephanie Yarbrough refuse to take my payment cause I didn’t know they charge if you have cash cause I asked her why was it a extra 5.00 dollars she said cause your paying cash (which I’m paying for someone else insurance) she stated well he knew I was like he’s not here so when I went out to get my card she wouldn’t take my payment and she kept getting smart port customer service
