Bill and his team provided us with exceptional service in refinancing our home so that we could do extensive remodeling. The Online Process of reading, accepting and signing documents is a breeze. I always felt that Bill was looking out for us and making sure everything followed the letter of the law and real estate laws are much more complicated now than they were 20 years ago when we purchased this home. Big shout out to Nicole Bodiou in Bill's office who is intelligent, efficient, very responsive and joy to speak with.
Do not go here I repeat do not go here!!! Very poor communication. Went to close on my house using this company 5 minutes before closing they changed the terms of my loan.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a lender. Zero communication throughout the process. Zero updates.
We had an absolutely horrible experience working with this company. Bill refused to talk to me or anyone on my team during the entire process. Our client suffered because of such poor level of communication and constant movement of closing and expectations. We called numerous times and finally found someone at the company that would answer and provide the slightest amount of info, but in 21 years of business, I've never had a lender who refuses to answer ANYONES call.
