Beautiful store, beautiful products but lacking in customer service particularly on line ordering. You can wait days or get no response at all to a query. Called the store was promised a call back by the on line department 6 days ago. No call back. Called the store again asked to speak to the manager, was promised a call back, that was 2 days ago. I have given up.
Det var jättefint och proffsigt. Om man har svårt att välja nåt, finns det alternativ som hjälper dig att hitta nåt speciellt här.
Beautiful store and products. Initially my experience was good until I was left with disposing of damaged product. I was shipped 2 damaged lamps. I get it. These things happen. Decided to give up rather than try a 3rd time. Great that I received a refund but don’t stick me with the disposal of a large, heavy table lamp!
