Great nursing company with, the health care resonsibilities. I only had trouble with them thinking they could walk into my residence unannounced.

They don't have employees to meet the demand of their clients. Yet their concern is to get more clients. The staff has been unprofessional. For me to list just how they have been unprofessional would take too much time. Let me just say it has been from the person who comes out to the home to talk to you whom you will deal with from then on, to the office staff. The Homemakers prey on older men. When you contact the agency about the workers, their only concern is "we will investigate, and call you later." They are a bunch of uneducated lazy workers, doing what they do best...NOTHING!!!!
these people do not care about people all they care about is money so i suggest you find someone else.
STAY AWAY....don't let these people near your loved one. They are a for profit organization....pushing for a fast death ... Seasons created more pain and suffering for my loved one and our family.
Try another Hospice organization. There are too many to choose from to settle for Season's. What is promised is not the quality of care that is delivered at all.
Since I begin services with Sta Home Health I had three (3) nurses. I finally had one name Linda who knew what she was doing, explaining everything too me to make me feel comfortable too what my illiness and dignois would do. None of the other nurses knew what too say or do too me too control my illness. After one (1) visit Linda had me feeling comfortable as she reassured me she would assist me in getting this diease under control.
