If I could give this company zero stars . I tried to get my uncle to a new agency from one shitty hha company to Accent care . Vns health said it would take two weeks . the company out of no where had put him in accent care . On June 30,2026 . He said the pca only came a two times and it was different pca not the same person . Which was last week , they told vns health he need a nurse to evaluate him before he can have the pca come every day . They claim he said no . I was not happy with the overall service. Things were not handled properly, and there were unnecessary delays. Communication could definitely be improved. It was not the smooth experience I was expecting.

I expected better service from this business. The staff was not very responsive, and the process was slower than it should have been. There was a clear lack of professionalism. Overall, it was disappointing.

Unfortunately, my experience was below average. The service took longer than promised, and I did not receive proper updates during the process. It felt disorganized and poorly managed. I hope they improve.
