Unprofessional experience
I was satisfied with the Hospice Care of the providers gave, but very much dissatisfied with the ability to verify payment. I made an electronic payment two days ago, and when I call to ensure the payment went through they tell me they won't have any payment records available for 7 to 10 days. When I make electronic payments to other businesses the payment information is instantaneous. I don't get it?
