Very unprofessional starting with management. My mom is 90yrs old and suffers from anxiety & is not comfortable around strangers. I informed them not to send different aids & if so to please advise me in advance so I can let my mom know. They did the opposite & totally took it upon themselves to disregard what I told them & sent different aids to then apologize afterward.
