It is almost impossible to speak to the coordinators even in an emergency. I am so frustrated with this agency that Im making arrangements to leave. I had a death in the family and needed to alter the schedule, but was not able to speak to anyone at the agency for days. My aides are good, but the communication with the agency is so bad that it negates the good work of the aides.

I just finished my Home Health Aide (HHA) training here at AccentCare in Yonkers and I cannot recommend this program enough! From the very first day, the staff and instructor were incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating an environment where I felt comfortable asking questions and learning at my own pace.
