We are disappointed with the lack of communication and coordination from AccentCare regarding our uncle’s visit after his move to a new residence. His caregiver arrived at 7:30am Saturday, and was told by the previous facility that our uncle had moved — which was expected, because I had already given her the new address last week. One of the worst companies I have ever worked for, They were able to provide me with no hours for the times I was able to work, even after they said they were going to be able to. I called for months and months and they kept telling me and just hanging up the phone now . Not worth working here smh
