They changed the name so people can't see the old reviews. Let me help others who really need to know. Ask for the book of state findings on your tour. Don't let the pretty chandeliers or the beautiful cafeteria fool you. Staff os cold, rude and unprofessional. Seniors sit in dirty diapers, dirty sheets while the staff sit behind the counter eating their carry out food. Many times never an RN on staff. Please look up the Wisconsin State complaints
This place is terrible I wouldn’t send a dog here .! I worked here for over a yr we were alwayssssss short staffed nobody from upper management would ever help us . Some patients wouldn’t get touched all day due to us not having staff. Wouldn’t recommend.!
I posted this originally months ago only to have them change the name of it from medical resort to inpatient hospice just to avoid BAD google reviews!!! The care hasn’t changed still horrible run by the same people just the name change!! Changing your name to dodge bad reviews says a lot about the company!! Mom went home on 9/6/2022. She was there for about 2 weeks. First off, This place is amazing. VERY CLEAN, no smells. Fresh. Mary and Michelle were her care takers/nurse. They were outstanding and very attentive. The dr. that was there to take mom off the ventilator is very caring and kind. We were informed about everything, step by step, minute by minute.
