I am very impressed with the communication for my father. He was released from the hospital Sunday and he already had two visits the following week. They are very attentive and thorough.
The nurses and staff have been very nice but communication with this organization is non-existent. You have to be proactive and call them. This may be due to staffing at the leadership level with regard to scheduling but if you are in need of hospice you don't have time to spend chasing your hospice provider down. It appears to be a mess, we requested durable equipment 12 days ago and it still has not arrived. When we asked the RN, after 9 days, they were unable to see an order.
