DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. The communication (as mentioned by other people in reviews) is terrible. Internally there is a disconnect and I found myself following up, communicating to them what was done vs. what wasn't (they couldn't figure it out off of the bat), requesting copies of signed documents, and asking them to revise the initial invoice based on the work that was not completed. Great job, the windows are fabulous, they cleaned up and their pricing is fair. Very happy with the job and will call them for the remainder of my windows to be replaced.
Scheduled an appointment for a quote to repair one window back in August 2024. Called in September to accept the quote and setup for work to be completed. Was told to respond to the email with the quote and then I would receive a call to pay the deposit. Fair enough. Took about a week to be called. Gave my card info and was told it would be a few weeks to get the parts. Sounds good. Then radio silence. No charge showed up for the deposit and no further communication. I never leave negative reviews, but I have truly never had such a bad experience with a company before. We’ve been dealing with Accent Windows since Fall of 2023 and the job is still not done. The windows that have been worked on were never fixed properly. Multiple cancelled appointments and horrible communication. Even had a no-show the very first appointment we had. Our most recent job was supposed to be expedited per the owner who I spoke to after waiting for months for the pieces to be ordered, but we got a voicemail fro... read more
We were having trouble with one of our windows. John arrived on time and was able to trouble shoot the issue and helped resolve it. We finally were able to close our window. Very professional. We have used this company before and they always deliver. Thank you
