Accent Title has put us through hell over an $19.34 error on their part!! They underpaid EBRP property taxes at our closing! Ten months later we found out and the bill with penalties was $160 and our home tax debt was being auctioned off in 7 days..an unpaid debt we had no knowledge of and was printed in our local newspaper! They have failed to acknowledge their error and continue to blame EBRP Tax office. Have lost time off from work and have had to pay for their mistake! Couldn't have asked for a better experience when closing on our first house! Everyone was extremely friendly and had everything ready to go at our agreed-upon time. I would recommend them to anyone, and we'll most likely go with them next time we buy!
