I know everyone’s experience can be different, but I truly feel like this place deserves a fair perspective. Reading through the negative reviews, I actually see a pattern — many of those people sound like the ones who needed to be here the most. I went for my first therapy session here, went to suite 319, then was directed by a paper to go to suite 311. I went in to the room/lobby and looked for someone to check me in, there was no one to be found. I waited for 5 minutes before checking to make sure I was in the right area, because I always doubt myself; "Accent Therapeutic Services" on door. Okay, I'm in the right place. If I could give him zero stars I would. My account is now in collections over a 15 min conversation that included no counseling services at all… we were discussing expectations and he immediately went into how I needed 40+ hours of therapy !! 40+ hours seems a bit much. He’s a liar and a thief who’s true motive is to make money off of your tough situation!! Interestingly enough he’s also a former cabinet worker turned counselor who gets referrals from current KY cabinet staff. If that doesn’t tell you enough about his shady... read more

If you appreciate someone who is honest and blunt, I would highly recommend Jamie. He will tell you as it is, and end each session with a plan of action.

If anyone is considering taking your child here for therapeutic reasons, I definitely would not they will turn your children against you trust me it happened to my wife and myself. Also they enable your child instead of teaching responsibility and what it takes to be a successful adult. The therapist will lead you into thinking he is on your side about certain issues and then just stab the knife right in your back. And this place deserves half of star and that’s is being generous.
