Never ever ever go to this place. I've been several times and initially I thought the service was great. The last time I payed over $1,300 to get an electric Water Pump and one month later I am having the same problem. I was told it will be $150 for the mechanic ti look at the car and make sure it's the water pump that's still under warranty. After all the Tows I feel like this is robery. Please save yourself the money and find another place. I'll be taking legal action, and contacting the BBB.

I TOWED MY CAR THERE AFTER 5 MONTHS I HAD TO TOWED MY CAR TO DIFFERENT MECHANIC SHOP . I PAID OVER 14,000 .I HAVE ALL INVOICES. HE CHANGE 5000 PARTS THAT WAS GOOD . LABOR FEE MORE THAN DEALER PRICE. 900 $ FOR 1 HOUR OF WORK . I NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE .

I found this shop while searching for a nearby BMW specialty store, and I was genuinely impressed by how professional George is. He’s incredibly friendly, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and is completely honest about what he knows. I dropped off my car on Wednesday and was able to pick it up by Friday. George and Accent have everything you'd want from someone you're trusting with your car. He is professional, transparent and responsive. He takes the time to share his expertise and explain the associated costs and repairs for your vehicle. After speaking with a few different German/European specialists (including BMW of SM), it was clear that George was going to do the best job. Accent will now be my go-to auto repair shop.
