We bought a Bullfrog spa there (floor model) and have been very happy with it and the service they have provided. Have had them out for service in Grants Pass due to outside damage to the spa - they were prompt and very helpful. Discovered that two of the jets weren't working as well as they should be, so they got them replaced under the warranty.
Well I called them on 5/23/18 about the upper control panel was out on a spa I bought from them that is under warranty, as of today I been told 3 different times that the was part was on it’s way. Had an appointment set for today at 3 for the spa to be fixed today and guess what? The spa is still not fixed, but they did call about 2:40 to say the part hadn’t come in.
Customer service is horrible. They seem to only be concerned with the sale. Buying supplies for upkeep and referring friends elsewhere. Would have done better buying from a roadshow.
traded in my working bigger spa for smaller one and 1400 cash ,,,,well as of rite now not real happy i got a tub said was all good all i have had is trouble , the repair guy is very nice and save there ass first was told all good and be 220 wouldnt work on 220.., h asent worked rite and was told its all good so fare circit board went out rite off, it work for week then the motor fired now they say board fired again, they call last sat never did i called got run around and said tuesday, well no call i called at 4 oclock same ... read more
