Called accent pool service to look at my pool that had very little water flow and pool water was cloudy and patches of green algae. Explained to office that I had cleaned filters 4 or 5 times in the past 2 weeks to try to clear up the issue and was trying to get chemicals back in order. Jim came out while I wasn't home, diagnosed problem as clogged filters, cleaned filters and started pool up and told me to add 4lbs of TRICHLOR . The best!! Pump for my pool went out over the weekend. The guy that services my pool could not guarantee that he could get it fixed this week. I called Accent Pool n Spa on Monday. Jim came out, thoroughly checked the pump and determined that yes, i needed a new pump. (Which is what I was telling the man that services my pool for 2 or 3 weeks). I have nothing but GOOD things to say about Accent Pools. Maryann and Jim are the best. Maryann was able to talk to Hayward Pools for me to get everything straightened out with the warranty issue, and Jim was here ON TIME unlike the other pool companies that I have had to deal with. He was able to diagnose the issue and have it up and running in no time. He was also able to show me a couple of things that the previous pool repair person had done wrong....
