I received a couple recommendations for Accent on Windows and couldn't be happier with the service, install and quality of the product. I dropped in the store without an appointment and worked with Matt to narrow down the type and color of blinds I was interested in. Matt and Gail then brought examples of the blinds and color samples and worked with me to pick the perfect roller blinds for my space, as well as address the specific mounting needs. My experience with Accent on Windows was great from the first visit at the store, the second visit on site at our home, and with the installation process. We're so happy we decided to go with the high quality of the Hunter Douglass. We love the look, the functionality, and the added energy savings to come.
Gail Lerman, who runs this business, is a brilliant designer. She has superb taste and is able to match whatever window coverings you are looking for to the palette of your room(s). She also listens and is very responsive to your needs. I never felt rushed or pushed to make decisions. I'm sure I drove her crazy as I had her prepare 6-7 quotes. She was always cheerful and collaborative as I worked my way through the many choices.
We recently went in search of window treatments for three rooms in our house. We went to Accent on Windows for this, having been referred by a trusted source. Gail gave us the expert help we needed on style, color, materials, etc. There are so many choices out there, but homing in on the right ones takes a pro! Gail (the owner) and Jason came to my home and were extremely helpful in helping me narrow down a product that would fit my needs. Gail was great at helping me choose a color for my Hunter Douglass Duette shades as I quickly became overwhelmed with the vast selection.
