I got my wife several gift certificates and Kim left over night. She did not inform ahead me or my wife that she was not going to sign new lease and intentionally knew she was leaving. By Ca law gift certificates are never expired. We asked her to compensate remaining balance; she never returned our second time request. After giving Kim business for almost 15 years with al records we have recorded, we will be seeking a legal advice from our family attorney. What a shame!
After being a regular clients for 13 years, primarily with Mike, we are stunned and extremely disappointed to the point of hiring our family attorney for what we call an intentional fraud. Excellent service and pedi!
Had an unfortunate experience at this location. It was first time at the salon. Easy to make an apt over the phone, great. I showed the nail tech the photo below of an ombre nail style I've had elsewhere many times before. Seven layers of gel polish and an hour and a half of wasted time later this was the result. Needless to say extremely disappointed. The worst part is the nail tech blamed it on me. After she skipped the artifical nail to add length I questioned her, she said just wait you will see.
