It took eight business days to get back with me with an estimate and here's a portion of the response I received "...Unfortunately, in August, the manufacturer stopped making the shades...They also discontinued the shade material you selected..." So the estimator provided discontinued window treatment options and took 8-days to provide a quote that another company provided me with in 2-hours.
