We schedule projects like waves in the Ocean. Normally you have 3 sets of waves that roll in. Each wave is a project wave, you the client are the surfer and your project is the surf board. I was faced with some permitting issues for property I was tasked to manage as part of an estate. I reached out to Kekoa at Accent Design after trying unsuccessfully to contact the original architect and several other contractors around Hilo and stalling out. Worked with Kekoa on having a house alteration drafted. Kekoa went above and beyond our expectations. Accent Design works from the ground up, concept, design, drafting, and permitting make it the process much easier for homeowners. Although we were unable to move forward with our permit, Kekoa did all the due diligence to research our potential for our house renovations. We highly recommend working with him and his team if you need any drafting help.
