Terrible customer service and they do not stand behind their products. My friend had them install counter tops and a year later they were lifting in some areas. She contacted them months ago and they continually brush her off saying they were waiting to hear back from the distributor or some other lame excuse. So when I heard about her experience I bought my beautiful new granite counter tops elsewhere.
