Been a long time customer of Accent, and always had positive experiences… when everything went well. Asked Accent to come in and replace two bathroom ceiling exhaust vents shortly after the new year. After an employee stepped on an attic sprinkler pipe, water burst through the ceiling, pouring into the apartment for almost half an hour. The service person, Jordan, could not have been more professional or helpful. He came for a regular maintenance appointment but was eager to address and fix several issues that had not been properly fixed by a pervious and different HVAC provider. I can wholeheartedly recommend Accent Comfort Services for their proficiency and their knowledgeable and professional staff.

Jim with Accent Comfort Services concurred with the previous A/C tech. diagnosis of my evaporator coil being my problem Stated that it was no longer under the manufacturer warranty. Stated an order would be placed and a claim filed with my home repair warranty on 5/30/25. About one month later I phoned Accent Comfort Services and spoke with Kayla. Jordan did a Great, Fast and very Efficient job fixing my thermostat and replacing a motor that he found to be bad. Excellent customer service was provided. Very pleased and I am appreciative of his efforts.

Mark fixed my heat that died right as the first cold wave hit us- the first day he came he was able to get one of the thermostats working again which was a lifesaver, and as soon as my landlord approved the repair he was back a few days later with the needed part and fixed it all in about a half hour. Quick & friendly!
