Dan and his guys were wonderful when it came to installing two brand new units in our home. One unit was severely old and the other hadn’t worked since we purchased our home. Not only did Dan come personally to quote the replacements, they had us scheduled and completed within a week. The service guys were prompt, efficient and so polite. Seriously a joy to work with. Definitely recommend! Would rate 10 stars if I could. Thanks so much guys!
They responded quickly to a water leak and took care of the call and at a reasonable price. Very neat and clean and courteous on the phone working with me and my wife. Pros in every aspect of their service at our home.
Totally bad experience
Called with water issue; had to turn off. My home warranty placed emergency work order and Accent said best they could do would be 15th today is the 11th!! This is the second time they just didn't care
