Initially had a 5 star review for the window install and sales team. Required Aftercare for a window fault, sent a PDF and advised to read it carefully after I advised condensation is on the inside not outside but still never clarified why it has condensation inside with water streaks. I don’t write negative reviews, but was dismissed of the query and unimpressed by any aftercare under warranty. Won’t be contacting again or following up.
I had a reasonable experience with Accent when looking for quotes for new kitchen window. Communication via email and phone was simple, prompt & competitive pricing. However I had a poor experience with “Free Measure & Quote” there was no communication that this service does not include supply only, you MUST install it through Accent. Once I confirmed to the sales manager it was supply only, he left straight away and did not assist with any advice or measurements and stated I had to go through head office. This is the second time I’ve used Accent windows and they’ve proven to be producers of high quality doors & windows, whilst offering professional, on time and excellent service (from everyone I had an interaction with). We were originally advised of a 4-week lead time, but after making full payment, this unexpectedly changed to 9 weeks. When the window arrived, the fixed frosted pane was scratched, and the louvre component was missing entirely—leaving our home exposed to winter weather and unsecured for over a week.
