I have worked with Bill at Accell Maintenance for 7 years. He has done work for many others that I know. He’s making an emergency visit for us after just getting home with our newborn to find our furnace not working. Bill is a good man with a big heart & I would pick him 1000 times over the big companies (he fixed a job a bigger company said they fixed and for less than half of what I was quoted. I am in a business networking group with Bill the owner. He is extremely knowledgeable, believes in fixing it before replacing it and cares about his clients. He helps out so many people that I know. I give them 5 stars and recommend giving him an opportunity.
I worked with him and he does very good work on his jobs. Not only that, he's a very good professional with his work and contracts.
I don’t usually leave reviews but Bill the owner is very unprofessional. WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! We had our Ac unit replaced and our Furnace by this company and the install of the AC unit and the Furnace was done right and we paid Bill for that. He was not there when he said he would be and because he was LATE getting there to install Furnace HE STAYED UNTIL MIDNIGHT to get the heat running. My husband and I get up at 4:30 AM to go to work.
