I had a very good experience with ***************************, she was very patient with me, since I'm not very good with technology I had a little bit of hard time sending my documents, she was very helpful with me,The closing time was sooner then what I thought it was going to be it only took about 20 days from the beginning, I really recommend *************************** for your refinancing needs.

I had great overall experience with the Accelin Loan team. They were readily available throughout the lending process answering any questions/confusion that I had. They beat the interest rate that I presented them and gave us a great deal with no Loan origination fees. Everything was done online with minimal effort from our side. I am not sure about the previous comments here. I had totally different experience with Accelin Team. I have worked with bunch of Mortgage brokers and Direct lenders in the past and Accelin has definitely been the smoothest of all. In the past purchases and refinances I had to deal with some crazy non-sense documents and affidavits. These people are disgusting. Do not trust them. After 3-4 weeks of accumulating digital documentation and unending questions , a few that were not relevant to a refinance. they used a technicality to deny my refinance because they DO NOT want to lend money at such a low interest. They seem to want to drag people through h*** I asked them to destroy my personal information to protect my privacy and never got a return call. They may be selling it for all I know. Working with Pieter and his team all provided great service. In the past always used bank or credit unions my first time using this method and could have been more pleased. Home purchased and they provided support all the way..thanks Pieter!

I submitted a loan app and documentation to this company working with agent DP. After several phone calls and emails as to status never heard anything back. I have excellent credit, ample funds, solid income. Now I've lost out on refinancing at what has been rock bottom rates. These guys should be put held accountable. I've done a number of purchase and refinance loans over the last 10 years - never been denied and never had an experience like this one.

Watch out for changes at closing! I used Accelin to help refinance an existing loan. While the loan application process was relatively simple and the resulting loan was favorable for me, I was very disappointed in what happened just before the loan closed. When I received the final disclosure statement, I noticed that a credit that Accelin provided in earlier disclosure statements had been reduced, which resulted in a greater out-of-pocket expense for me to close the loan.
