Good customer service
Great freindly mechanic and top service, but extortionate prices. I paid just short of £1000 for a new Alternator on a 13 year old Audi A5 and have been charged previously nearly £800 for rear brake pads and a rear wheel bearing with a service as well. I had to go ahead at the time due to desperation but other mechanics have assured me it's overpriced. I woke up on Thursday morning to find my tyre completely burst and being from out of the area and not au fair with automotive issues I was quite stressed and unconfident. Fortunately my sat nav misinformed me and I stumbled upon Lee at Acceleration Services who ordered and fitted a new tyre for my MG, waited late for me to return from the office in Manchester and consented to me paying later in the evening as my banking app was temporarily unavailable.
