Every athlete comes in and gets faster and better every day. The coaches are very knowledgable and come in every day making sure they are going to improve their athletes!
(In Urbandale) The coaches work with each athlete's abilities and need. They are always having fun and pushing the kids to the max. If the class size is small the coaches work out with them as well. They have a great program that really helps athletes better themselves!
